Coach Victor Martinez has been shaping young athletes and building championship-level baseball programs since 2007. With nearly two decades of coaching experience, he has served as a head coach since 2021, leading his teams with excellence on and off the field.

Under his leadership, 21 players have committed to play at the collegiate level since 2021. His dedication to player development and success earned him the title of Western Conference Coach of the Year in 2022.

Coach Martinez has proudly represented Hillsborough County as an All-Star Coach from 2022 through 2025 and currently serves as a USA Baseball NTIS Coach for the South Region. Passionate about mentoring student-athletes, he continues to invest in the next generation by instilling discipline, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game.
